After a great deal of reflection, I’ve made the decision to officially unpublish my long‑standing YouTube channel, Danye's Too Hot For YouTube. This wasn’t a sudden choice. It’s something I’ve been moving toward for years as I built and invested in my own independent member's platform.
That YouTube channel has been part of my identity for a long time. It helped shape the early stages of this community and introduced many of you to my work. But as the platform grew and my goals evolved, it became clear that holding onto that channel no longer aligned with the direction I’ve been building toward.
Creating my own space — one that isn’t dependent on algorithms, shifting policies, or outside control — has been one of the most important steps in my journey. With that foundation now strong, it was time to start distancing myself from the old platform and fully commit to what we’ve built here together.
Unpublishing the channel is both an ending and a beginning. It closes a chapter that served its purpose, and it opens the door for a more focused, intentional future for this community.
